Real Woman, Real Weight – No Excuses.  Week 3 – FORGET IT!

Hello Friends!  Just returned from a 5 day cruise to Bermuda with my sons.  What a beautiful place. Have you been?  Horseshoe Bay Beach is breathtaking. The caves and coral are simply spectacular.  


Isn’t that beach gorgeous?  It has the famous pink sand that Bermuda is known for.  You can see the pink when the water churns the sand. 

 Do you workout while on your vacations?  I left with every intention of maintaining my normal vacation workout routine. I packed my sports bras, shorts, cover ups and sneakers. 

Did I workout?  Nope. 
Did I eat too much?  Yup. 
Did I enjoy pizza at midnight?  Yup. 
Did I drink too much?  Yup. I had a love affair with Frozen mojitos. 
Did I gain weight? Yup. Scale says 3 lbs. 
Am I mad at myself right now?  Yup. 

Can I blame anyone or anything except me?  Nope. 

I went on vacation and over indulged for 5 days straight on TOP of my previous weight gain.  I put on sundresses for dinner that used to fit me, and they showed every lump and bulge. I wish I had packed my Spanx!! Argh.

I didn’t need the muffins on the buffet, I have my own muffin and its topping out the waistband of my shorts

We got back this morning. Back to my workouts tomorrow. I now have 15 lbs to lose to be the weight I was last summer. 

I feel so lethargic right now. Thanks to me for downing the frozen Mojitos and Mango Tangoes. Dinner included the bread and dessert, of course. 

I got home and took bee pollen and propolis and usually it gives me a boost of energy, however today I could close my eyes and sleep the day away. 

I did the eating, I did the drinking and now I have to do the work to remedy my situation. 

If anyone has feedback on good supplements to help with sugar detox, please send them my way. 

Tomorrow is a new day, workout day.
